I’m Iosselin Fuentes, originally from Oruro, Bolivia.

I graduated with a degree in Production Engineering from the Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB) in Cochabamba, Bolivia. After finishing my studies I worked as an associate researcher at the Center for Agricultural and Agroindustrial Research (CIAA) of the UPB, where I collaborated on research aligned to sustainable food systems. My passion for food and my concern for the current agrarian model of my country, led me to study in the Food Innovation and Product Design master’s program in Europe.

The core of my work lies in productivity, food science and food packaging and logistics. The synergy between these areas has facilitated my involvement in diverse projects. My academic and professional journey has not only honed my expertise within these fields but has also enriched my intercultural competencies, making me a well-rounded and adaptable professional.

Now I am finishing my master’s studies at Lund University, open to collaborating on new projects!
